The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling multiple tasks at once. You will be handling processes and making sure things run smoothly on a daily basis. You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and keen to help optimize our processes and customer experience.
If you’re a self-starter who loves to solve problems and thrives on routines, this might be a good fit. We need to achieve 80% of the results with 20% of the effort.

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Optimize logistics and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
- Support customer service teams in resolving operational challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams

- Remote OK. Must be able to overlap a significant portion during Seattle, WA regular business hours.
